Unveiled in preview on October 23, 2025, at the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, the set design for the opera Die Walküre was created by interior architect and designer Pierre Yovanovitch. This is the interior designer’s first opera production in Italy, and first time collaborating with both director Vincent Huguet, and conductor Daniel Harding. The production took place in the Santa Cecilia auditorium, designed by Renzo Piano.
